We currently ship only within the UK.

The Pride Protector
All our records are shipped in our custom, reinforced cardboard mailers, The Pride Protector. They are designed to prevent corner dings and keep your collection safe during transit.

The Seamless Shipping Option
Hate seam splits? Same here! To protect your sleeves and keep them in mint condition, we can unseal your record and ship the vinyl separately from its outer jacket. This helps prevent the record from piercing through the cardboard during shipping.

To request this, please leave a note in the "Order requests" box at the checkout stating "Unseal and Ship Outside Sleeve".

Please note: By requesting this service, you authorise us to unseal the item on your behalf. Once unsealed, the item will no longer be eligible for a 'change of mind' return. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or damaged goods remain unaffected.

Dispatch & Tracking
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Our Rates

  • Tracked (Standard): £4.95
  • Tracked (Express): £6.95
  • Tracked (Multi-Disc / Box Sets): £9.50
  • Tracked Express (Multi-Disc / Box Sets): £12.50

All orders over 2kg qualify for our Multi-Disc / Box Sets rate. To ensure safe delivery, we might split large orders into multiple Pride Protector mailers. This reduces pressure on the records and helps ensure they arrive in mint condition.

Pre-Orders & Release Dates
The All-In-One Shipping Rule: When you place an order with both an "In-Stock" and a "Pre-Order" item, we will hold and ship everything together after the pre-order item arrives.

Date Changes: Release dates are determined by labels and may change. We will update the product page and notify you if there is a significant shift in the date.

Supplier Cuts: A supplier may occasionally reduce the stock allocated to us. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to these external stock issues, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. 

Please note: Occasionally, there may be delays in receiving all pre-orders from our supplier. When this happens, we will email you with an update.
